New Members - Apply for the Marketing Grant!
This is a program where the MMA will reimburse eligible merchant members up to $500 based on a 50% match of money spent by a merchant on qualified advertising for the businesses in downtown Miamisburg. The guidelines are as follows:
Eligibility:
Businesses within the defined downtown district that have been in business for one year or less from the date of the submission of the application and are a current and paid member of the MMA. Downtown Miamisburg is defined as an area of land within the city limits of the City of Miamisburg, lying East of the Great Miami River, West of Sixth Street, South of Kercher Street and North of Mound Ave.
Use of Funds:
Funds may be used for any generally accepted form of media, including newspaper, printed material, broadcast, or storefront graphics. There shall be no reimbursement for discounts offered on products or services.
Payment:
Payment shall be made in the form of reimbursement to the merchant upon submission of receipt of the paid for advertisement.
Approval:
All applications for the grant shall be reviewed by the MMA Board or its designated committee. Applications will be reviewed and considered in relation to the amount of funds available and the relative merit of the application. MMA reserves the right to condition approval of any grant funds upon the merchant's acceptance of appropriate conditions placed upon the use of the grant funds.
